Scheduling a tour:  To book a SOM Tour group tour a minimum of 10 participants is preferred. However, tours booked with less than the minimum will be quoted a flat rate based on your tour requests/selection.  Once you request/book your tour date and it's secured by SOMTours' receipt of your deposit, you will receive a confirmation via email. it will be confirmed as your scheduled date unless you reschedule for a another available date or cancel.  We do not double or triple book tours. • Age of Participants:  Tour participants must be a minimum of  4 years of age.  All minors (age 4-15)  must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian 16 years or older.

Payments:

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% your total tour cost is required no later than two (2) weeks before your scheduled tour.   Any tour booked in less than two weeks, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
• Several options to electronically transfer funds are available. SOM TOURS also accepts Cashier's Checks and Money Orders only. Customers using CashApp or Zelle payment processing services are subject to CashApp and Zelle Legal Agreements applicable to their region of corporation and/or operations. By agreeing to CashApp and Zelle legal agreements or by continuing operating as a customer, you agree to comply with said agreements as it may be modified from time to time. 
• Changes and/or Cancellations by SOM Tours, LLC: All deposits are none refundable except in the case of natural disasters. If SOM Tours makes changes or cancels previously booked dates, it will only be due to inclement weather, an act of God or nature. Customers can reschedule their tour for another available date and time. 

  Other:

• Behavior, Code of Conduct & Safety: A SOMTours' guide reserves the right to cancel any tour on the spot where any participant(s)  is/are unruly, disruptive and are deemed to cause an unsafe environment to the guide and/or other participants.
• Data Protection:  We never share or sell your information you provide to us.
